A broad coalition of 10 Brussels based agri-food and feed associations expressed their gratitude to EU Commissioner Phil Hogan for his personal leadership in boosting European agri-food exports in a joint letter (see attached).

“EU Commissioner Phil Hogan did far more than go the extra mile, over the past two years he travelled a total of 55,000 miles in the framework of his ten high level missions to open new markets for our European quality foodstuff all over the world. The results of his – and his teams’ - commitment are indeed outstanding in terms of political progress in trade negotiations and in terms of concrete increased market access for our European agri-food product”, congratulated EDA chair Michel Nalet.
