European dairy sector reacts to the EU–U.S. tariff Framework Agreement

The EDA takes note of the agreement as a step toward greater predictability in transatlantic trade. By removing the threat of escalating tariffs and closing the chapter on past surcharges, the framework provides much-needed stability for our sector. While this outcome is positive, it also raises important questions for the future of EU-U.S. dairy trade that warrant close attention.
